Note from the Founder & Owner
I cannot express how appreciative I am towards all Bebebows.com's supporters and fans on Facebook who contributed to the company's growth in the last 18 months. What started out as a one-(wo)man operation in November 2009 and with just $100 in my pocket, I have invested and grew this small idea to now be a company with 12 staff, supplying to 9 other countries including major department stores.
This year, not only will we bring new and better items online, we are also set to supply more stores worldwide and open a few stores which we can call our own (in Melbourne and Singapore). We also would like to take the opportunity to coach many SAHM who can benefit from our experience to grow their business ideas too. We plan to sponsor more charity events as part of our contribution back towards society.
I have created a new blog to keep you updated of promotions and company news: http://bebebows.blogspot.com Please also add us on Facebook "Bebebows.com" and join us on Twitter "Bebebows.com". Read our company's history below from the start of our humble beginning. Effective mid February, we are set to practice the 24 hour commitment promise (policy) where all online orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours. All our products come with 14 day warranty with free replacement.
Wishing you all the best for 2011. It is your support that kept us going. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for the support of yours that took us a long way.
Love,
Leza Parker

OUR HUMBLE BEGINNING
History of Bebebows.com
It started in October 2009 when Leza Parker had an idea on how to dress up her lil infant to be more feminine. Without much hair, she is often misunderstood for a son. She googled the idea of bow-making as hair accessories and realised the many designs and web-stores in U.S.A. that were doing just that. She loved the idea but was not willing to pay high shipping fees to own some of these cuties in Singapore, and neither would most local mommies. So she decided to learn the art of making bows by videos posted on YouTube and was eager to launch her first collection in October 2009 to friends on Facebook.
The idea was well loved and it was not long before the first collection ran out. And the orders kept coming in. Consolidating more funds, more raw materials were purchased, packaging costs invested in, ran an active webstore of her own, running flea markets and Expo Booths, it was not long before the 100 fans grew to 10800 fans today. More people got to know about the existence of Bebebows.com when an article about us appeared in the local newspaper. The website has since accummulated close to 418,000 clicks in last 18 months. Those long hours and sleepless nights working on the website were paid off. We get noticed by retailers worldwide and affliate offices that before long, we were busy producing and packing for nine countries which include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, USA, Japan, Hongkong, Indonesia, China and Australia. We had to open franchise offices in Australia and Indonesia, and started training people to be a professional bow-makers to help us keep up with the local and overseas order. We won several contracts to supply major department stores in the neighbouring countries and soon, my work schedule includes massive travelling for work.
It was just a collection of bows on headbands which we called Bebebows. But listening to the constructive feedback from our loyal customers, they have inspired us to expand the product line to create many more fascinating creations. What's fantastic is that we are among the first in the world to create and brand them.
We started with just Bebebows in October 2010.

We launched Bebetops in April 2010.

We added on BebeClippes & BebeScarfs in June 2010 and launched the new improved packaging in July 2010.

We went ahead to be resellers of Tutus, Pettiskirts, DiaperBags, Printed Shoes, PillowCase Dresses and many more.
We are so in love with anything that is handmade that we eventually launch handmade dresses for daughters & mommies in August 2010. These dresses and accessories, undoubtly, is the perfect combination.

We became more active at running events and were invited for many functions by corporate and private bodies.
In June 2010, we were invited by a local government body, 4PM, to mentor 60 of their campers who are students on the pathway to become a small yet successful entreprenuers. This was done over a 4 day camp.
In July 2010, we sponsored a Charity Carnival and raised funds for the needy and was awarded a plaque of recognition.
In August 2010, we were invited to host a training sessions to coach low-income mothers about handicraft and running small businesses.
In October 2010, we sponsored Door Gifts to a gathering of 100 parents organised by Moms & Babies Parenting Forum.
In July 2011, we took part in supporting 2011 Race Against Cancer organised by the Singapore Cancer Society. We donated half our sales that day to cancer survivors.
This journey last eighteen months is like a dream come true. Who would have thought, all this evolves from just a small idea I had one bright afternoon? Cheers to another 12 months of fun, adventure and success. Thanks to you, our fans who made it happened.
